People were shouting at me, but I thought, ‘I’ve got this.’ I’m not going to lie—customers can be stressed, angry, and mean sometimes. But I’m patient—I’ve learned to be patient, to listen to them, to talk to them respectfully. Sometimes, I can even brighten someone’s day.
