Work Readiness Skills & Gender Equality in the Dominican Republic

Sofia Mañón was worried about a group of her students. In their last year of school, 14 young men in a furniture design, construction, and assembly class were exhibiting high-risk behavior and attitudes she feared could jeopardize their future employment prospects.

The local Chamber of Commerce released a report on the growing Technology field in town. The #1 most critical thing they are looking for—Interpersonal and Communications Skills, which is exactly what your curriculum provides. It's great to be delivering materials that provide a real value-add to our students.
